We can at your discretion create a five roomed house, how many rooms you want on the first and second floor is up to you.

Our team has prepared this client option to open up the potential of your roof space.

Constructional changes are needed throughout the house to be able to have a third floor. An increase in bearing capacity, modification of wall structures, further ceiling supports and design modifications including the roof covering.
With all these modifications in place an extra 67m2 of living space can be added to your home.

A wide range of client alterations

We are ready to adapt and equip your home according to your liking. We have prepared a basic catalogue of client alterations from which you can draw inspiration.
Do you want to change the layout of your home, e.g. the location of the cloakroom, or the layout of the bathroom for example? Based on your suggestions, we can design individual solutions.

When construction allows we can change the size and segmentation of your windows. We have also prepared various colour combinations and a selection of alternative materials.
Your home can be equipped with electric remote control exterior shutters. Then there is the obvious selection of fixtures (baths, shower cabins, wash basins, toilets etc) and interior elements (doors, flooring, built in furniture) from our partner client centres.

We offer a range of heating equipment, from underfloor heating, heat pumps, thermal collectors, fireplaces or stoves. We can also install a security system in your home.
Our partner can install a integrated central vacuum system. (or just the tubing). Last but not least, we have prepared an optional rainwater management system for the irrigation of your garden or home use.

To plan the home, an energy audit was drawn up to calculate the energy rating of the property calculate the energy rating of the property. The homes energy demands are evaluated using measured criteria of the necessary heat needed and average values of heat transfer. This calculation was used for the design of the house. The amount of heating needs was determined using the TNI 73 0329 methodology - simplifying the calculation, evaluation and classification of residential buildings with very low energy needs for heating. The home can therefore be classified in to the RD 45NE standard.
